Hi, I’m Biggi Hofmann
Experienced, creative, and grounded in deep relational work
Biggi Hofmann has spent decades working at the intersection of creativity, psychotherapy, group process, trauma, and personal transformation. Her approach is informed by psychodrama, hypnotherapy, regression work, sandtray, couples counselling, and years of practice in both private and community settings.
Grounded, emotionally direct, and shaped by decades of therapeutic practice.
She is also the author of Liminal and brings a reflective, transpersonal perspective to work that is both grounded and emotionally direct.
